This latest opening revelation from IM Andrew Martin is superb! Many people tend to think that the Petroff is rather a dull and boring opening which is good to make a draw at best. Andrew Martin shows in his video that nothing is so far from truth as that statement. The games are carefully selected and quite current, played mostly in 2011-2012, and make a viewer change his opinion about the Petroff and eventually become its regular practitioner. He shows that Black can play a very tactical game with the Petroff and easily win more and more games. The Steinitz line with 3.d4 and various sidelines have been covered in much detail. However, a serious player, an expert caliber or higher, may find some drawbacks in the chess content, as two theoretically important lines, namely the Main line along with the Kochrane Gambit and, especially, the trendy line 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nf6 3. Nxe5 d6 4. Nf3 Nxe4 5. Nc3 have not been covered at all. It's no problem if you have Foxy Opening 96 "The Petroff. A Counter-Attacking Weapon for Black" where you can check those lines analysed in detail. One way or the other, it is a very good product with fascinating chess content and excellent video and audio quality. It could be a nice guide to the Petroff that might encourage you to learn more about it and start practicing this uncompromising opening weapon for Black.
